No Return Policy
At The Happy Note, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products or services once a purchase has been completed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Exceptions
Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the rare case of a defective or damaged product upon delivery. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thehappynoteco@gmail.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. Unfortunately, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and sale items or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
