We’re a small family shop! (Mama Wendy + Dolores and Eve sisters). Together, all three of us hope to spread a little joy with our handmade crafts!

Do you do collaborations?

Truthfully, collaboration means a lot to us! ESPECIALLY when it supports creativity, small communities, handmade goods, or meaningful causes. We’re always excited to bring fresh new ideas to life together!
Do you do commissions?
At the moment, we are not accepting commissions. Once we open commission slots, a page will go live on this site with all the details and information.

For gifts, can you write a custom message with the order?
Of course! We’ll write your message in a cute memo sheet. Just leave a note with your order and try your best to make it short so it fits the sheet. (:
If it’s a little too long, we may shorten it while keeping your original message intact. We love making gifts feel special, so we’ll make sure to handle your message with extra care!
My favorite item is out of stock! Will it come back?
We restock certain items every other month. However, some popular designs do retire to make room for new collections.
Since not all items might return in the future, we recommend purchasing crafts you love as soon as they are available! :)
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship internationally — but we do hope to expand our services in 2026! Stay tuned on our Instagram and Tiktok platforms(@thehappynoteco) to know when we do make the change! :)

Is it safe to shop on this website?
Transparency matters to us! Therefore, we are committed to being honest, clear, and open in every part of our process.
Just so you know, we never access your card information, and your address is strictly for shipping purposes only. On our end, we follow strict security measures to protect and safeguard your information. By placing an order and clicking on the "I agree to have fully read the FAQ, Policies & product description, and understand that all sales are final" checkbox during checkout, you confirm that you have read and agreed to The Happy Note’s policies.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Are sales are final! We only accept returns or exchanges if we have sent you the wrong item or if your order is damaged. To process this exception, we will need:
- the order number as the subject title
- a photo or video of the issue
- a short detailed description of the problem

How does the order process look like?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided at checkout. It may take up to 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to receive your tracking number and a confirmation of shipment.
All customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information when checking out. Please make sure everything (items, quantity, address, etc) is correct before ordering.
Does my order come with a tracking number? (+ more tracking number questions)
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number! Once your order has been shipped out, you will immediately receive a separate shipping confirmation email that includes your unique tracking number and a direct link to track your package's journey.
Some additional questions regarding tracking:
- When will I receive my tracking number? You will receive the tracking number via email as soon as the order is marked as fulfilled / ‘complete’ / shipped in our system. If it doesn't appear, please check your junk/spam folder!
- Where do I track my order? You can click the link provided in the shipping confirmation email in order to track your order.
- What if my tracking number isn't working right away? Sometimes it takes the shipping carrier's system up to 24-48 hours to update the tracking information after the initial scan. Please check back shortly. If the system keeps glitching or you can’t seem to access your tracking number, please contact us through our Contact Page or email us (thehappynoteco@gmail.com) with your order number as the subject title and a short summary of the problem. We'll do everything in our power to help you with your order!
When will my order be shipped?
We usually dispatch orders every 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays). That being said, orders might take a little longer (7-14 business days) to dispatch during “Shop Updates” or high demand seasons like Christmas time.
When will my order arrive?
All Domestic Orders (US) usually take around 3-5 business days to arrive, once you receive your shipping notification. Please keep in mind the additional shipping days (3-5 business days) when ordering for special occasions or birthday presents!
Note: These are only estimates! Shipping times can vary, especially during festive seasons. Nevertheless, it's crucial to also mention how our customer reviews consistently highlight our commitment to fast shipping. (See our reviews page for numerous comments on our fast shipping) In the rarest occasion you haven't received your order within 4 weeks, please contact us so we can find a solution.
I made a mistake and want to update my order or cancel it.
If your package has not been shipped AND you have not received an email that states your tracking number, we will be able to change any incorrect information inserted or cancel your order entirely.
If incorrect information is provided, customers have a maximum of 2 days to contact us through our Contact Page or email us at thehappynoteco@gmail.com with the following information:
1. your order number as the subject title and
2. a short summary description of the problem
If your order hasn't shipped yet and you request cancellation, you'll get a refund of the total value minus the payment processing fees (you'll get a proof of the fees too).
Unfortunately, if we have already shipped your order and we've sent you an email that states your tracking number, there's nothing we can do from our end. Please make sure to double-check everything (items, quantity, address, etc) is correct before ordering.
I think my order is lost.
If your order has a tracking number and it says "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check if your post office isn't holding it for you or if a neighbor received it by mistake. With this being said, we are not liable for the package once it has been scanned by the shipping carrier. If it's marked as "delivered", unfortunately there isn't much we can do.
If a package is not marked as "delivered" after four weeks (28 days), it is officially considered lost in transit. In this scenario, please contact us through our Contact Page or email us (thehappynoteco@gmail.com) with:
- your order number as the subject title
- a short detailed description of the problem
- the choice of requesting a full refund of the order or a replacement item sent out at no additional cost.
An item arrived broken!
While we try to pack everything as best as we can, packages can go through a lot on their way to you. If an article should break during delivery, please contact us through the shop's 'Contact Form' page or send us an email: thehappynoteco@gmail.com. In this message please include:
- your order number as the subject title
- a photo or video of the issue
- a short detailed description of the problem
If it's something that can be easily fixed, we’ll guide you through the process. Otherwise, we’ll gladly send you a replacement!
There's a problem with my order. What can I do?
Although we put a lot of care and love into our work, Rag’n’Bone Man couldn’t have said it any better: we are only human after all. Considering this, in the unlikely event of an issue with your order, please contact us immediately via our online Contact Form page or directly at: thehappynoteco@gmail.com. In your message please include:

Ethical Compromise and Sustainability ⋆ 🌱 ˚⋆
How do you stay sustainable in your business?
For us, sustainability goes beyond just the materials. It also includes the process and care put into making products that are durable and high-quality, so they stay with you for years.
Considering this, all envelopes and bubble mailers we use are recycled and FSC certified. If your order arrives in a bubble mailer, just remove the label and just like that, it’s ready to be recycled!
Most of our products (including face masks, jewelry, and magnets) are packed in reusable organza bags. These are meant to be reused, so we encourage you to keep them and give them many more uses rather than throwing them away. (these little bags are made to last!)
We also avoid disposable packaging whenever we can. Cute packaging is very tempting, but imagine ordering 10 magnets and ending up with 10 backing cards to throw away! :(
With all of this being said, we are always looking for new ways to reduce waste and make our business more sustainable. We'd be more than happy to hear your ideas! As our small shop grows, we hope to one day donate a portion of sales to environmental projects.
